JET’s 2023 Recruitment Cycle Overview
JET is pleased to announce the results our recruitment cycle for the 2023-24 Cohort.
On December 1, 2022, the JET application for the 2023-24 Cohort opened to unprecedented reception. We received a whopping 110 applications, of which 94 were eligible applicants. Out of those 94 eligible applicants, we onboarded 35 applicants and welcomed them to the 2023-24 Cohort.

Our 35 2023-24 Cohort Scholars have received the Massachusetts Paraprofessional Teacher Preparation Grant (PTPG) to assist in funding their education. Some of the colleges that the scholars in this cohort attend include:

In August 2023, JET hosted two virtual New Scholar Orientations where Scholars connected with one another and learned about JET scholar services, support and expectations. The scholars have started their fall semester and are excited to meet their JET mentor. The school/academic year is off to a great start!
